Uganda Photo Tour

Day 1. When we land at the airport, our guide and vehicle will be waiting for us. After resting a bit at our hotel, we will start taking photos. First, we will visit and take photos of a magnificent 120 cm long shoebill bird that we will only see in this region and of course admire. This daily dose of happiness will be enough for all of us. Then, we will have dinner and relieve the tiredness of the long journey at our hotel.

Day 2 We will set off early this morning. Our journey will take 5-6 hours. In the afternoon we will find ourselves in the middle of the wild. Until sunset we will try to see and photograph the big animals such as lions, leopards, elephants, hippos and buffalo. We will forget everything about the world we live in and be silent observers of the animal kingdom. Sometimes when a herd of elephants passes in front of us you will hold your breath and watch their beauty. Your mind and soul will be connected to the wild life today. In the evening we will all eat and rest together at our hotel.

Day 3 We will wake up early this morning and continue to take photos of wildlife. Today we will also have a boat tour. We will also see and photograph wildlife from the water. Today we will have breaks for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We will have a very enjoyable day without getting tired. In the evening we will have a pleasant conversation about the day at our hotel and fall into a sweet dream.

Day 4 We will wake up early in the morning and set off. Our journey will be 4-5 hours. Today’s topic is tribes. We will visit the tribes that still live in a traditional way in this area and take their photos. Africa always surprises us in this regard. The existence of people who live in the same world as us and do not want civilization and still live in a traditional way and their connection with nature are worth seeing and photographing. In the evening, we will all have dinner and rest at our hotel.

Day 5 Today, after an early breakfast, we will go on a walk in a magnificent forest with those who want to visit to see and photograph gorillas. It will probably be one of the richest forests we will ever see. We hope that gorillas are waiting for us somewhere in the forest. Visiting and photographing these magnificent creatures in their homes is something we can do maybe once in our lifetime. We need to get permission before visiting the gorillas. They want 800 USD per person for this visit. Because experienced rangers will come with us and guide us in the forest. Those who do not want to walk to the gorillas can walk around and take photos. After the gorilla visit, we will all visit another tribe. We will be guests in their traditional life for a while. In the evening, we will all have our dinner together and rest in our hotel.

Day 6 After breakfast, we will head towards another national park today. There is also a small lake here. We will walk around the lake and photograph the natural life. In the evening, we will have a boat trip on this lake. We will also see life from the lake and photograph it. In the evening, we will all eat together and rest.

Day 7 After breakfast, we will visit another traditional tribe for a photo session. Then we have a very interesting lunch. Today, we will eat our meal on the equator. In other words, we will eat in a place where we are equidistant from all parts of the world. In the evening, we will head towards Entebbe. After dinner, we will go to our hotel to rest for tomorrow morning’s journey.

Day 8 We will set off early this morning to return home as lovers of Africa. Who knows, maybe we will meet again somewhere in Africa.

• People who will join our tour from different countries can buy their plane tickets a day earlier.
• We can arrange a transfer to pick them up from the airport upon request. We can book an extra hotel for one night.
• Flight tickets are not included in our trips. Everyone buys their own plane ticket.
  Our excursions are with English-speaking guides.
• One or two of our photography consultants will definitely be with our guests on every trip.
• Our trips are for photography purposes only, not touristic.
• In general, although we sometimes wander around touristic places, we often go off the route.
