Program

Day 1: It would be more accurate to say that we will spend today on the road or on the plane.

Day 2: We will land in Chile in the morning. Our guide and our private vehicle will be waiting for us. If it is possible to check in to our hotel immediately, we will check in, rest for a while, and then start our city tour. We will wander around the local market and see some Chilean food. We will learn about the history of the city. Meanwhile, we will wander around the old city. We will check into our hotel this afternoon. If you want, you can go out to wander around the city again. We will relieve the tiredness of the long journey and rest for the coming days. We will all have dinner together.

Day 3: After our breakfast, we will visit the settlements on the outskirts of Santiago. The city of Valparaiso, which is on the UNESCO world heritage list, will fascinate us all with its colorful houses and view. Today we will travel around this city by taking the elevator and going up and down the stairs. While wandering here, we will see magnificent street arts. We will see the architectural understanding of the immigrants who settled here at the beginning of the 19th century. We will get lost in these colorful streets until the evening and of course take colorful photos. We will have our dinner together.

Day 4: Today, after our breakfast, we will fly to the Atacama Desert. We will begin to explore extraordinary landscapes among extremely diverse landforms, valleys, deserts, salt flats, geysers, lagoons and volcanoes. After wandering around these almost otherworldly places all day, another surprise will be waiting for us in the evening. After having our dinner, we will sit on our chairs at night, drink hot chocolate and watch the sky, since there is no light on the salt lake. Since it will be quite cold at night, we recommend that you bring equipment such as a coat, gloves, buffs and warm shoes.

Day 5: After a delicious breakfast, we will visit the villages today. However, before going to the villages, we will stop by the salt lake early in the morning. We will be able to hear the crackling of salt in the silence of the morning. We will see the salt mountains on our trip. This mountain range, composed of huge deposits of salt, gypsum and reddish clay, depicts a landscape full of natural sculptures. Here we will find a landscape with a unique morphology, including magnificent caves with stalactites and pointed ridges, and an impressive view of the Atacama Salt Lake and the volcanoes of the region. The people living in the villages we will visit are locals. They have been continuing their traditions for many years. They manage this region with a common management. Our guide will explain these to us in more detail. We will spend the whole day outside taking photos and have dinner together.

Day 6: After our breakfast, we will be taking photos in front of the magnificent view of the Andes Mountains at sunrise. Geysers and hot water pools will appear during the day. If you want to swim, bring your swimsuit with you. Today we will walk through the fields under which hot water flows. While there is -10 degree water in one place, we will see water at 50 degrees in another place. In this region, we will visit the village where the local people live in houses made of stone, adobe and straw. The people living here still engage in animal husbandry. Therefore, when we go, cows and lambs will be grazing in the pastures. We will finish the day by taking pleasant photographs in idyllic views. We will all have dinner together.

Day 7: After our breakfast, we will fly from Atacama to Calama and our plan for today will be to fly only to this center and catch the plane to Easter Island the next day. We will transfer from the airport to our hotel. We will have free time until dinner. However, our hotel will be far from the city center and very close to the airport. We will all have dinner together.

Day 8: After our breakfast, today is the big day. We fly to Easter Island and start walking around the famous Moai statues and taking photos. The Rapa Nui natives living here made statues from this material, which can be easily carved, as well as coffins, lintels and jambs to be used in temples. We will enter another world with these Moai statues on the edge of the wide plains and the ocean that stretches out in front of us. In the evening, we will have dinner in the middle of nowhere at our oceanfront hotel.

Day 9: After our breakfast overlooking the ocean, we will continue to wander around Easter Island. On this island tour, we will learn the mysteries of the island. Our guide will explain the intricate techniques required to carve these magnificent figures and transport them to their platforms. We will also see and photograph the Akahanga Ceremonial Complex, located on the southeast coast of the island, called the ahu or ceremonial center of the community.

Ahu will be one of the places we will visit in Tongariki. It is the largest platform on the island, with 15 reconstructed statues overlooking the Pacific Ocean and overlooking the island. We will end the day by making it one of the unforgettable ones. We will all have dinner together.

Day 10: This morning we will get up at sunrise to take photos. In the season we went, sunrise was right behind these huge statues. We will immortalize this moment and photograph it. Afterwards, we will have breakfast and fly to Chile. We will stay in a hotel very close to the airport in Chile to board the plane the next day. We will all have dinner together.

Day 11: After our breakfast, we will fly to Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. Seamlessly blending European elegance with South American elegance, this city is known for its rich cultural heritage and diversity, passionate tango music and dance, exquisite cuisine and vibrant lifestyle. Buenos Aires will be a place where we will see a wide variety of experiences and different neighborhoods, each with their own personality. From parks to green areas, dynamic nightlife, culinary delights, architecture and history, art and culture, passion for football, shopping and markets.

Today, everyone in the city will travel freely and photograph the city. We don’t have a guide today and we will have free time. In the evening, an amazing tango night with dinner will be waiting for us.

Day 12: After our breakfast, we will have a full day tour of Buenos Aires today. We will take photographs in crowded streets and places where artists and tourists mingle with the public. We will listen to the stories of the historical buildings we took photos in front of the day before. We will visit the San Telmo region, which we will enjoy very much. We will see Mayo Square. In the evening, we will have our meal together.

Day 13: After our breakfast, we will fly to Patagonia today. We will be staying in El Chaltén and will have to walk a bit for the breathtaking views. Our goal today will be to explore and photograph Mirador del Torre and Laguna Capri. Although these hikes are not physically demanding, they are sure to provide you with lasting memories of the breathtaking Patagonian scenery. We will all have dinner together at the hotel.

Day 14: After our breakfast, today’s adventure begins. We will have a different day where we can interpret nature, take lots of photos, visit historical places, observe wildlife, go boating on the lake, and walk in one of the most beautiful forests of the region. We will also enjoy “Picada Argentina” (a mixture of different cheeses, meats, olives and bread) featuring some of Argentina’s best products.

We will leave El Chaltén at approximately 9 am and take the gravel mountain road heading north for 40 km. As we travel along the road, we will pass through spectacular landscapes, such as the Río de Las Vueltas valley framed by the Cordón de Los Cóndores. After a short while we will start to enjoy the magnificent views of glaciers such as Eléctrico, Piedras Blancas and Cagliero. We can also see the Marconi glacier, the gateway to the Southern Continental Ice Field. As we move through the dense forest, we will cross many streams that turn into rivers and pass under historical bridges. We will also stop at beautiful Lake Cóndor for bird watching.

Day 15: After our breakfast, we will take a simple walk for those who do not want to walk full day. We will enjoy mountains, glaciers, glacial valleys, Patagonian forests and lagoons. This hike begins with a gentle incline on one of the edges of the Rio de las Vueltas valley, where El Chaltén is located.

The road winds towards the edge of the glacier valley, offering a wonderful view. We will pass through a part of the Patagonian forest consisting mostly of Lengas and Ñires trees; We will integrate with nature by listening to the joyful songs of the birds. During the tour, we will also have the chance to see Magellanic Woodpeckers. After taking photos in landscapes like oil paintings throughout the day, we will return to our hotel for dinner.

Day 16: After our breakfast, we will reach El Calafate after a few hours of travel. When we reach the city, everyone can walk around freely and take photos. If you wish, you can rest at the hotel. We will have dinner together at our hotel.

Day 17: After breakfast, we will spend an hour in the picturesque Patagonian steppes, wildlife and traditional farms, then board a catamaran in Punta Bandera.

The guide and crew will welcome us and explain the journey and safety precautions. We will sail through the Iceberg Channel and Seno Mayo in Lago Argentino, as far as Bahía Toro. Here we will leave our boat and take a short but unforgettable walk in the Patagonian Andean Forest.

Back on the boat, we will sail along Seno Mayo, listening to stories about the expeditions of ‘Perito’ Moreno. When we get off the boat for the second time, we will take another short walk through a beautiful forest with views of the glaciers hanging from the Cerro Mayo and Cerro Negro mountains. As we approach the Perito Moreno Glacier, its majestic northern face will fascinate us. At the end of the day, we return to the port and have dinner together.

Day 18: After our breakfast, we will fly to Buenos Aires and we will be able to travel freely depending on our flight time. On our way back home, we will be enjoying seeing this enjoyable route. We will remember the landscapes we saw, the villages we visited, and the memories we had for many years to come. We will board the plane to return home tonight.
